The Naples Police Chief has adopted 16 measures to ban access to sporting events (DASPO), prepared and prepared by the Anti-Crime Police Division of the Police Headquarters.
In particular, 4 of these, lasting 3 years, were issued to as many people, aged between 21 and 28.
Again, 2 provisions, lasting 4 years, were issued against two fans aged 34 and 38 who, at the “Armando Maradona” stadium, in the company of other individuals, when some public transport vehicles carrying fans of the visiting team passed along via Terracina, grabbing seatbelts and invading the roadway, had thrown glasses and glass bottles at the vehicles in question, also damaging other vehicles.
On that occasion, both had been identified and investigated for throwing dangerous material during sporting events and aggravated damage.
Three other bans, lasting one and two years, were issued to three individuals aged 3, 2 and 21; specifically, two of them had been reported for climbing over during sporting events, while the third had been reported for throwing dangerous material during sporting events.
Finally, 7 measures were imposed against the same number of people, aged between 20 and 53; in particular, 5 of these because they were convicted respectively for aggravated brawl, drug-related crimes, mafia-type associations, extortion, damage followed by arson, threats - crimes aggravated by the mafia method -, another because she was responsible for carrying weapons or objects capable of causing offence, while the last one because she was investigated for drug-related crimes.
