Naples: 33-year-old arrested for injuries and resistance to a public official.

The agents of the Dora Vanchiglia police station arrested a 33-year-old Moroccan citizen seriously suspected of crimes of injury and resistance to a public official.

On Sunday afternoon, just before four o'clock, a police squad was sent to Lungo Dora Napoli to report drug dealing activities in progress via the YOUPOL application.

Upon their arrival, the officers see a man kicking a young man lying on the ground. The attacker, aware of the presence of the Police, tries to move away towards the Carpanini Bridge. The victim, in a state of shock, reports having had an argument with the other party. The officers intercept the fugitive in Piazza Borgo Dora, the latter having no escape routes brandishes a glass bottle trying to hit one of the policemen who manages to dodge the shots. The officer disarms the man, a 33-year-old Moroccan citizen, but he resists by struggling and trying to kick and elbow the police officer. Despite the resistance, the man was finally secured and arrested.
