The 47-year-old despite being under house arrest, ha left his home and got on a scooter. On Duca d'Aosta Street hit a pedestrian and did not stop to help.
The police witnessed the scene and chased him, blocking him a little further on. There victim was taken to hospital and then discharged with a two-day prognosis. The man was confined in a security room awaiting trial.
