Sesto San Giovanni (Milano), shooting and robbery for the management of the drug dealing place: seven people arrested

Yesterday morning, July 17th, at Milano and Barzanò (Lecco), the Carabinieri of the Carabinieri Company of Sesto San Giovanni were executed to the implementing ordinance of personal precautionary measures, issued by the GIP of Monza, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Monza, against 7 men of Moroccan nationality, from the 23 38 years, all under investigation for aggravated robbery and of which 3 under investigation for murder, attempted murder and illegal possession of weapons.

The provision arises from the investigations - carried out from the Operations Section of the Carabinieri Company of Sesto San Giovanni and directed by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Monza – initiated following the murder of a 38-year-old Moroccan man and contextual attempted murder of three other Moroccan citizens, by exploding gunshots, happened on 23 October 2023 in Sesto San Giovanni, is they allowed the arrest of a suspect in a crime, in the moments immediately following the murder, one of the participants in the murder, 32 year old Moroccan, as well as in date 30.11.2023, un second correo, 33 year old Moroccan.

Le investigations have made it possible to reconstruct the dynamics that led to the murderous event, and specifically of a robbery, committed the evening before the murder, by the 7 recipients of the precautionary measures in question to the detriment of one of the victims injured in the October 23, 2023 shooting. In particular, the target of the robbery was a mobile phone, probably used for the management of a drug dealing square. Il the motive for the murder, therefore, was identified as the control of the aforementioned drug dealing place

The investigative activities were carried out using traditional investigations, technical and often making use of information acquired from the profiles of various social networks used by the suspects.

Yesterday morning's operations made it possible to identify and arrest 4 of the subjects recipients of the precautionary measure who were accompanied to the Monz prisona, while three others would be found, currently, in Spanish territory, therefore it was issued, against them, specific European arrest warrant.
