Milano: the Police Commissioner of Milano suspends the license for 15 days at the Colorado Cafè in San Giuliano Milanese.

The commissioner of Milano Bruno Megale, as part of the prevention, territorial control and monitoring of public places in Milan carried out by the police forces to combat crime phenomena, pursuant to art. 100 of the TULPS, decreed the suspension for 15 days of the public establishment called "Colorado Cafè", in via F.lli Cervi n. 8 in San Giuliano Milanese (MI).

The Carabinieri of the Tenenza of San Giuliano Milanese notified the suspension to the owner of the public establishment because, on 20 June 2024, in the square adjacent to the bar, without requesting the necessary authorizations required, a giant screen was set up where a meeting of soccer.
The results of the football match led to clashes between two groups of people from opposing factions, some of whom were in possession of edged weapons.

The soldiers of the Tenenza Army of San Giuliano Milanese, with other crews of the Carabinieri Company Command of San Donato Milanese, intervened and noted what had happened. On this occasion, a young man was transported to hospital with a prognosis of seven days.

The art. 100 of the TULPS provides that the Police Chief may suspend the license of an establishment, even in the neighbourhood, in which riots or serious disorders have occurred or which is a habitual meeting place for affected or dangerous people or which, in any case, constitutes a danger to public order and the safety of citizens.
