In 2024, OPL expanded its collaboration with the Armed Forces by signing an Operational Agreement with the Carabinieri in Lombardy. This agreement led to theorganization of eight training seminars on a regional scale, aimed at strengthening the skills of military personnel in behavioral psychology, with the aim of improving the approach towards vulnerable victims.

Giuseppe De Riggi and the Provincial Commanders of Milano, Monza, Lodi and Pavia. Feedback and reflections will also be analyzed, highlighting the best practices that have emerged and providing concrete tools to address the problem of gender violence.
The meeting will offer an important opportunity for discussion on a topic of great social relevance, contributing to increasing collective awareness and strengthening synergies between professionals, institutions and civil society.
