Milano, November 25, 2025 — To the Duties of Milano was officially born The Corp, the first Italian consortium that brings together nightclubs, clubs, venues, music festivals, lounges, and restaurants with a single goal: to transform entertainment into a safer, more sustainable, more inclusive sector, recognized as a source of economic and social value for the country. A sector that is already driving 126 million euros of aggregate turnover and over 260 thousand monthly visitors.

The launch event showcased a series of strategic initiatives that will make Milano a national laboratory of the new way of understanding nightlife and culture, focusing on inclusion, innovation, social well-being and urban regeneration.

An “Ibiza” model for Milano: safety, culture, sustainability

The project is inspired by the most advanced European systems, where entertainment is not perceived as a problem, but as economic, cultural and employment engine integrated with the institutions.

As the regional councilor recalled Deborah Massari, the model proposed by The Corp fits fully into the strategic lines of the Lombardy Region:

"Entertainment can become a driver of growth, education, quality of life, and innovation. An approach that integrates sustainability, skills, and new business models, capable of generating opportunities for young people and businesses."

The president of The Corp, Dario De Lisi, stressed the need for radical change in the sector:

"It's time to work together for concrete and necessary change. We want to combine innovation, culture, sustainability, and empowerment. And we want to do so in direct dialogue with institutions, as happens in other countries where this model brings real benefits in terms of related industries, employment, and vision."

Governance and numbers: 25 united entities, 900 employees and an ambitious goal: €500 million by 2030.

The consortium collects 25 venues including clubs, discos, venues, lounges and restaurants, Including:

  • Amnesia, Dazi, Hollywood, MIB, Nomad, The Club
  • location as Duomo 21, The Glamour Hotel, Ex Macello, Jesolo Music Park
  • lounge like Herbs Milano, Ploom Lounge – Hippodrome, Loolapaloosa
  • restaurants like Verso, Philipp's, Sukaru Ba, Botinero

The management team is led by the President De Lisi, supported by the vice-presidents Grimoldi e Lanfredi (also COO). Alberto Baldaccini he is CFO, Omar Bertoni manages the analysis of new assets, while nine other managers complete the governance.

The declared objectives:

  • 500 million in turnover by 2030

Key projects: Aut Dance, Aperyshow, and the major urban regeneration of Certosa and Ex Macello

AUT DANCE: The nightclub becomes an inclusive space for children with autism and disabilities.

For the first time in Italy, The Corp presents Aut Dance, a pilot project born in the Hollywood Rythmoteque, dedicated to young people with autism spectrum disorder and disability.

The goal: to eliminate social and perceptual barriers that often make nightclubs inaccessible places.

The venue will be transformed with:

  • adapted music and lights
  • non-alcoholic cocktails
  • protected areas
  • un manga-themed art workshop

Designed by Fabricio Lanfredi with the support of his wife Beatriz:

"They asked us for a place where they could dance and have fun while feeling safe. We made this request a reality."

Aperyshow Festival arrives in Milano in 2026

The largest Italian charity music festival, born in 2011 in Veneto, finally arrives in Milano.

The 2025 edition recorded:

  • 170.000 spectators
  • over 300 artists
  • 151.500 euros donated to charity

The festival will bring concerts, artistic performances, and a strong charitable mission to the city.

Urban Regeneration: Nomad, Certosa District, and the Ex Macello

Milano Certosa District: the first venue for a new sustainable nightlife scene opens.

The urban regeneration project Milano Charterhouse District, Led by RealStep, will transform the area into a hub of innovation, well-being and culture.

Inside will open in February Nomad, the first official venue created by The Corp:

  • 1.500 m2 of total surface area
  • restaurant from 140 spots
  • outdoor area from 1.500 Guests
  • 400 car seats

A structure designed for events, corporate events, concerts and outdoor evenings.

Former Macello: From a degraded area to a new cultural district

The former slaughterhouse, abandoned for years, is now undergoing a transformation thanks to Redo Sgr and to the consortium The Corp which manages part of the area for:

  • cultural events
  • creative initiatives
  • social projects
  • entertainment activities during the redevelopment phase

The entire redevelopment AIR It provides:
