MilanoCertosa: Two 25-year-olds arrested for aggravated robbery at the station

La State Police, coordinated by Public Prosecutor's Office Milano, last September 20th performed two precautionary custody orders in prison issued against a Italian citizen it's one Egyptian, both 25 years old and of Egyptian origin, held responsible for multi-aggravated robbery committed last 25nd June both at Station of Milano-Charterhouse.

THEinvestigative activity, conducted by the agents of the Quarto Oggiaro police station, took off from that episode where the two men, both burdened by criminal records, they had ripped the yellow gold necklace from the victim's neck, while the latter was going down the underpass stairs which led to the tracks, hitting her violently with kicks and punches, then push it by rolling it on the ground, before fleeing.

Il victim's contribution was fundamental to identify those responsible for the robbery. The two responsible are St. Victor, without prejudice to the presumption of innocence of persons subjected to preliminary investigations, to be considered not guilty until the eventual sentence of conviction has become irrevocable.
