La State Police Milano, as part of an activity coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office and Prosecutor's Office for Minors, arrested five people responsible for a series of predatory crimes committed in the subway stations of the Lombardy capital. The measures taken include both precautionary custody orders in prison, both arrests of crime suspects, the result of targeted and timely investigative activity.
Snatching theft at the Caiazzo station: two young men caught red-handed
Friday November 21, the policemen of the Investigative Team of the Greco Turro Police Station they have placed under arrest a suspect in a crime two 22-year-old Egyptian citizens, recognized as the authors of a theft by snatching happened the day before at the bus stop Caiazzo.
The victim, a 20-year-old Italian man, had been robbed of part of his gold necklace.
Once identified, the two were searched: inside the shoes of one of them, the police found two necklaces of dubious origin and fragment of the stolen necklace.
The checks revealed that one of the two was already refined, as he was the recipient of a precautionary measure for a previous snatching theft.
Three arrests in connection with the August 21 robberies involving Pasteur and Greco Pirelli.
During the week, the police officers of the Investigative Squad carried out three precautionary custody orders in prison towards young Egyptians of 15, 20 and 22 years, held responsible for a sequence of robberies and snatch thefts committed there last August 21.
According to reconstructions, within a few minutes, at the bus stop Pasteurizer, the three would have:

hit a 38enne with kicks and punches, tearing the gold necklace from his neck;

attacked one 24enne, also stealing her necklace.
Shortly after, having reached the train station Greek Pirelli, the group would have robbed a 22enne.
The victim, in an attempt to chase the robbers, would have been yanked, grabbed by the neck and thrown to the ground, reporting injuries with initial prognosis of 30 days.
The 22-year-old subject to the restrictive measure is the same young man arrested on November 21 for the snatch theft that occurred in the Caiazzo subway.
The activities carried out confirm the effectiveness of the coordinated action between the Public Prosecutor's Office and the State Police, aimed atCounteract the groups responsible for predatory crimes in the most sensitive areas of Milan's public transport.
The investigative work will continue to identify any accomplices and reconstruct the entire network of illegal activities associated with the arrested individuals.
