Three Italians and a Dominican man have been remanded in custody following the State Police investigation into a violent attack that occurred last October.

La State Police, coordinated by Public Prosecutor's Office Milano, last Thursday performed aprecautionary custody order in prison against four people: three Italian citizens aged 24, 26 and 28 and a Dominican citizen aged 23, considered responsible for the robbery in competition of a luxury watch commissioned last October.
The investigative activity of the police Central Commissariat It originates from the complaint of a 35 year old Danish citizen who, on the night of Thursday 2 October around 5.30am, after having spent the evening with a friend in a nightclub in Corso Garibaldi, said he was approached by a young man who insisted on offering him a ride in his car.
The 35-year-old, initially convinced, followed the man to a secluded place in Moscova Street, but sensing the danger he changed direction and headed towards Via Volta.
After about three hundred meters, he was attacked from behind by three people: one of them hit him with a violent kick to the right leg, making him fall to the ground, immobilizing him to snatch his watch worth 25mila eurosThe other two arrested the victim's friend. After snatching the valuable watch, the three fled to a nearby car.
Thanks to the information provided by the victim, the police started an investigation collection of videos from public and private video surveillance systems, reconstructing the entire dynamics and identifying all the perpetrators. The first information obtained concerned the vehicle license plate used for the escape and its user, the 24-year-old who was then reached by the precautionary measure.
The investigations documented the car's movements in the vicinity of Como course, the place where the four suspects had arrived at 01:00 am to spend the evening.
At around 05.20, going back along Corso Como and Corso Garibaldi, they arrived in La Foppa square, where is the 28enne, then under house arrest, hooked the victim and his friend, convincing them to follow him to Via della Moscova, where his accomplices were already stationed.
As the victim fled towards Via Volta, part of the group chased him: the 28-year-old then delivered the decisive kick, while the 23-year-old and the 26-year-old held their friend back, preventing him from helping his compatriot.
Meanwhile, the 24-year-old waited in the car, ready to ensure their escape.
The identification was made possible by the image quality collections, which have allowed us to recognize physical details andclothing.
The determining factors are also the social content public, thanks to which the two Italian suspects aged 24 and 28 were identified; while for the 26-year-old and the 23-year-old Dominican, the comparison with specific tattoos.
Further evidence has come from shadowing and observation services, who confirmed every detail, making their identity irrefutable.
