Arese (MI). License suspended for 10 days at Number One Bar due to several incidents of violence inside the venue.
The commissioner of Milano Giuseppe Petronzi, as part of the prevention, territorial control and monitoring of public places in Milan carried out by the police forces to combat crime phenomena, pursuant to art. 100 of the TULPS, decreed the suspension for 10 days of the public establishment called "Number One bar", in viale dei Platani n. 48 in Arese (MI).
Yesterday afternoon, the soldiers of the Carabinieri of the Arese station (MI) notified the suspension to those responsible for the public establishment because last January, the carabinieri intervened outside the premises for a brawl in progress between several people intent on throwing themselves against plastic tables and chairs, causing damage to the place.
On site the military ascertained that a fight had occurred shortly before, motivated by a settling of accounts between two opposing factions following a dispute.
Last December, the runners had already had one physical fight and, on that occasion, the police investigated four customers for fighting.
Following checks, the premises were found to be meeting place for convicted and socially dangerous individuals. Furthermore, between 2021 and 2022, several episodes of violence were found inside the club, always between groups, who met inside the club to face each other.
