Construction, Arte Genova offers 71 new rent-controlled apartments

They are 71 new flats with agreed rent to be rented out, thus increasing the supply of housing. This is the result of the renovation project carried out by Liguria Region, with co-financing of 480 thousand euros, and Arte Genova.

The homes already made available, also on the Company's website, are 42, located in Genoa in the Ponente, historic center and San Martino neighborhoods; while the remaining 29 are being renovated and the works will be completed within the current yearOf these last accommodations, 21 are in the Municipality of Genoa, 8 in the Municipality of Ronco Scrivia.

“A great operation – declares the regional councilor for construction -. We are working daily to provide answers to the unfortunately growing housing emergency. With these renovations we will guarantee fully equipped housing that will be able to meet the needs of over 70 families. We are working on several fronts to find every possible solution, including ongoing dialogue with the Government to which we have asked, on several occasions, for extraordinary resources that we hope can be allocated”. “It is an important response to the expansion of the housing offer by Arte, also in qualitative terms, since these are completely renovated housing – adds the sole director of Arte Genova Paolo Gallo”.

The participation requirements the public tender procedure refers to the following:
be Italian or EU citizens; have residence or exclusive and principal work activity in a municipality in the province of Genoa; not be the owners (ownership, usufruct, use or in any case habitation) of accommodation considered adequate to the needs of the family unit; not have been assigned public housing. There is a maximum ISEE cap set at 37 thousand euros (40 thousand euros in the case of a single-component core). Furthermore, the annual fee must not exceed 30% of the total gross annual income.
