18-Year-Old Arrested for Robbery and Bodily Injury in Forlimpopoli: Pretrial Detention Executed

The Carabinieri of the Forlimpopoli Station have given execution of a precautionary custody order in prison, issued by the Preliminary Investigations Judge of the Court of Forlì, against an eighteen-year-old foreign national, who was already detained in the Forlì prison for another reason. The restrictive measure is the result of in-depth investigations conducted by the military of the Carabinieri Station of Forlimpopoli, under the direction of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Forlì. This investigative activity is part of in a broader context, developed in parallel by the local Police Headquarters, which on March 21st conducted to the arrest of nine individuals belonging to a juvenile group.

The investigations have allowed us to acquire circumstantial evidence of responsibility against the aforementioned eighteen-year-old in relation to the crimes of robbery and aggravated personal injury., perpetrated in the municipality of Forlimpopoli during the month of February. At the time of the events, the young man had been reported at liberty from the Carabinieri of Forlimpopoli, together with five other peers, as they were deemed presumed responsible for the crimes of complicity in robbery and personal injury, committed in the months of December and January last.
