Cesena: Repeatedly violates the ban on approaching his ex-partner, 31-year-old under house arrest

On the evening of Friday 21 March 2025, the Carabinieri of the Operational and Radiomobile Nucleus of the Cesena Company executed the order for the aggravation of the precautionary measure of house arrest, issued by the Preliminary Investigations Judge of the Court of Forlì, against a 31-year-old resident in the district of the Malatesta town.

The man, already arrested last February for stalking his ex-partner, during the subsequent validation he had been subjected to the precautionary measure of prohibition to approach places frequented by the injured party, prohibition to communicate with the same by any means and the obligation to report to the Judicial Police twice a week.

Subsequently, due to the repeated violations that occurred, in particular the prohibition to approach the victim, documented by the Carabinieri of the Cesena Company (delegated to the control) and reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Forlì, the Judge of the Court of Forlì - at the request of the aforementioned Prosecutor's Office - had to adopt a new measure to increase the precautionary measure adopted against the man who, after the formal procedures, was placed under house arrest.
