Cesena: Carabinieri arrest perpetrator of abuse.

The military personnel of the Operational and Radiomobile Unit of the Cesena Company arrested, on the basis of an order of execution for imprisonment, issued by the Criminal Enforcement Office of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the ordinary Court of Forlì, a 33-year-old foreigner, found in that city center.
The man must serve a residual sentence of 2 years and 2 months of imprisonment, for the final sentence combined by the Court of Forlì for the crimes of mistreatment in the family and aggravated personal injury, committed in Cesena (FC), in the year 2020.

At the end of the activities carried out by the Carabinieri of Cesena, the arrested person was taken to the prison of Forlì where, at the disposal of the sending Judicial Authority, he will serve the residual sentence indicated.
