Cesena, young man arrested for drug dealing: drugs, scales and 1.500 euros in cash seized.

The Carabinieri of the Operational and Radiomobile Nucleus of the Cesena Company have arrested a 24-year-old, accused of the crime of illicit possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing. The operation is part of a broader activity to combat drug dealing conducted in the city center.

The young man was noticed in a suspicious attitude in a central street of the city. At the sight of the military, he dropped an object that was later recovered: it was a precision electronic scale. Stopped for a check, the 24-year-old was found in possession of almost two grams of cocaine.

The house search, carried out at his home, led to the discovery of a further 75 grams of hashish, 1.500 euros in cash, believed to be the proceeds of illicit activity, and material for packaging the doses.

The man was arrested on charges of possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing. After the usual operations, he was placed under house arrest by order of the Deputy Public Prosecutor of Forlì.

The arrest was validated the following day by the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Forlì. The seized drugs and money were made available to the Judicial Authority.
