Ragusa: fight against domestic violence, despite the ban he enters the house, Vittoriano arrested.

The Provincial Command of the Carabinieri of Ragusa continues without stopping its commitment to effectively combat intra-family crimes to protect the victims who are family members or cohabitants of the alleged perpetrators.
In particular, in recent days, the Carabinieri of the Vittoria Station were alerted by the local Operations Centre regarding a report concerning a citizen of Vittoria, already subject to a ban on approaching the police, who, regardless of the measure to which he was subjected, had entered the victims' home.

The military immediately reached the reported house, surprising CF, a 71 year old Vittoria resident, inside the house and thus verifying in person the violation of the provision issued by the Judicial Authority against him for the protection of the victims.

The Carabinieri then accompanied the man to their offices to proceed with his complete identification.

Once the formal procedures were completed, the man was reported under arrest to the Judicial Authority for the crime of violating the order to leave the family home and the prohibition to approach the police and, subsequently, transferred to the Ragusa District Prison where he was held at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.

The Judicial Authority, having evaluated the elements acquired by the Carabinieri, validated the precautionary measure applied to the man by the military.
