From the necessary checks, the young man was already burdened by the security measure of probation, which from further investigations carried out, it appeared to have been violated by the young man to commit the theft.
For these reasons, The 24-year-old was handed over to the Judicial Authority in a state of freedom for the crimes of aggravated theft and breach of the obligations imposed.
