Vittoria: Brawl with edged weapons, 5 young people reported

The activity of contrasting crimes in general by the Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Ragusa continues uninterruptedly, with particular attention to crimes against individual safety. In particular, the military of the Operative and Radiomobile Nucleus of the Carabinieri Company of Vittoria intervened in Vittoria, in via Cavour, for a report of a fight involving the use of cutting weapons between 5 boys.

The military, having arrived on site, did not find anyone, therefore they immediately initiated an investigation on their own initiative, also by viewing the video surveillance footage in the area of ​​interest, managing to acquire photographic effigies of the youths involved in the fight, of their clothing and actually finding the use of cutting weapons.

In fact, at the place of the event, The Carabinieri found and seized a knife compatible with the one observed in the videos and used in the fight. On the basis of the elements collected, the military realized that the young people involved could have gone to the emergency room on their own of the “Guzzardi” Hospital in Vittoria, therefore they decided to carry out further investigations at that emergency room.

Once on site they tracked down and recognized the 5 young people, all wearing the same clothes seen in the previous video and some even with traces of blood. Guarantee medical care for all, the military they identified them in GA, Comisano cl.06, BG, Vittoriase cl.07, LS, Tunisian cl.01, BKH, Tunisian cl.00 and LMA, Egyptian cl.04.

Subsequently, all of them were taken to the offices of the Carabinieri Company of Vittoria to be fully identified. Once the formal procedures were completed, the military reported the young people, all at liberty, to the Judicial Authority for the crime of aggravated brawling.
