Modica (Ragusa), the Carabinieri bring a dangerous fugitive to justice

The beginning of the week for the military of the Operational and Radiomobile Nucleus of the Modica Company was particularly challenging from an operational point of view. The call from the workers to cooperate and allow access to his home went unheard throughout the morning, despite the presence of the Catania Fire Brigade ready to make the entrance accessible in a short time.

The reasonableness of the operators and the patience that characterized the delicate operation of the judicial police meant that after hours of negotiations, without any forced intervention and without causing any type of damage, the fugitive decided to accept the verdict of justice, that is, to serve his sentences given a stormy past marked by a series of criminal violations, especially relating to the matter of drug dealing.

Once the Judicial Authority was informed of the events, the man was taken to the Catania Piazza Lanza prison.
