Soncino (Cremona), the Carabinieri reported a woman for violating the ban on returning to the municipality

The Carabinieri of the Soncino Station reported a 23-year-old woman, resident in the province of Soncino, for failure to comply with the ban on returning to the municipality of Soncino. Milano and with a police record against him.

On the afternoon of November 27, around 15.30:XNUMX pm, the Soncino patrol, during a territorial control, intercepted a suspicious car between Genivolta and Soncino. The car was stopped when it entered the SP 235 and on board there were three people, a man and two women, all with previous convictions for property crimes.

The three were unable to validly justify their presence on the territory. Further checks through databases made it possible to ascertain that the 23-year-old could not have been in the municipality of Soncino following a preventive measure issued against her by the Police Chief of Cremona.

In fact, since October 2023, the woman has been subject to a ban on returning to the municipality of Soncino for four years. For this reason, she was reported to the Judicial Authority.
