Monte Cremasco: the Carabinieri of the Crema Operational Unit arrested two men who were dealing in a grove and reported a third for complicity in the crime, drugs and money were seized.
Significant anti-drug operation by the Carabinieri of the Crema Operational Unit carried out in the countryside of Monte Cremasco during a service aimed at combating the sale of narcotics, with the arrest for drug dealing of two men aged 26 and 24 and the reporting of a 26-year-old, all homeless and with criminal records.
The military had received news of a flourishing drug dealing activity in Monte Cremasco, near the SP 415 Paullese, in several points of a small wood reachable from an internal road which makes it an excellent hiding place for the illicit activity.
The soldiers, in civilian clothes, stationed themselves on Paullese and waited for a vehicle to pass with the three alleged drug dealers on board. They followed them and saw them travel along the internal road that leads to the woods used for drug dealing. Two men got out of the car and entered the thick vegetation, while the driver of the vehicle drove off in the direction of Milano.
The soldiers positioned themselves in suitable points to observe the sales of narcotics in order to communicate to the other soldiers the information useful for stopping the buyers as they walked away after having bought the drugs.
And from 11.00:XNUMX the coming and going of buyers began. They noticed a vehicle arriving with a couple on board.
The man, a 46-year-old, whistled and the 24-year-old came out of the bush and exchanged money for drugs, then went back into the vegetation where the 26-year-old was preparing the packages to be sold.
The car started again, but was stopped by a Carabinieri patrol who recovered a dose of heroin of 0,3 grams. Around 13.00:XNUMX a car arrived with a person on board. After having pulled over, one opened the window and a man came out of the woods and made a quick exchange, then the vehicle started again.
The soldiers followed him and stopped him in a safe zone.
The driver, a 48-year-old man, delivered a dose of cocaine of 0,3 grams. Subsequently, the officers continued to observe further drug deals and noticed that another car stopped in the same place and a man entered the vegetation to make the exchange. This car was also stopped at a distance and the passenger, a 46-year-old man, delivered a dose of cocaine and a dose of heroin. And other cars and bicycles arrived driven by four men aged 28, 57, 32 and 60, who, in a similar manner, purchased cocaine, heroin and hashish.
All the drugs found on consumers and for personal use were seized and the seven men were reported to the Prefectures of Cremona and Lodi.
Two of them also had their driving licenses immediately revoked because they were caught driving motor vehicles.
Now certain of the illegal activity underway in the woods, the soldiers in civilian clothes, supported by patrols from the Radiomobile Squad, decided to intervene and stop the three.
They waited for the third man to arrive with the car to pick up the two who were in the woods and, after seeing them quickly get on board the vehicle, they followed them and, with the use of the Radiomobile patrols, stopped them in a place where they could not escape. They identified the three and searched them, finding 4,5 grams of hashish and the sum of 1.700 euros, believed to be the proceeds of drug dealing.
They were taken to the Crema barracks where the 26-year-old and the 24-year-old were arrested for drug dealing, while the other 26-year-old, who accompanied them on the trips there and back, was reported for complicity in the same crime.
The two were held in the Crema Company's holding cells awaiting the validation hearing.
