Cream: mistreats parents, precautionary measure of removal from the family home and prohibition of approaching them.

The Carabinieri of the Crema Station subjected a man, with a criminal record, to the precautionary measure of removal from the family home and a ban on approaching, with the application of an electronic bracelet, issued by the Court of Cremona to protect the man's parents who had suffered mistreatment.
The precautionary measure was issued following the investigation carried out by the Carabinieri of the Crema station who received the complaint from a couple now exasperated by their son's excesses. In fact, over the last two years, the spouses had requested the intervention of the Carabinieri several times because their cohabiting son, often impaired by drugs, was aggressive and overbearing.

This had led to a marked worsening of the family situation due to his irascibility, giving rise to lively discussions every time his parents asked him where he had been and with whom during the days of absence from home, taking into account that he often returned in a state of alteration .

On some occasions his parents had removed him from home, on others they had failed to do so and had asked for the intervention of a patrol. On one occasion, to get back into the house, he had broken down the entrance door of the house with his shoulder. The situation within the home had worsened and he had even threatened them with death several times, going so far, on one occasion, as to physically attack them.

At the end of June the couple, now without hope of being able to recover serenity in their relationship with their son, reported the climate of constant abuse to the Carabinieri of the Crema station, accentuated by the fact that the man is a drug user.

For this reason, after the complaint, the Carabinieri collected the results of all the interventions carried out in the house and reported them to the judicial authority which, taking into account the habituality and seriousness of the mistreatment carried out, issued the provision to protection of the physical safety of the spouses, requiring the man to immediately leave the family home and not go near places frequented by his parents, also by applying an electronic bracelet to him in order to control his movements.

The provision was immediately notified to the man by the Carabinieri of the Crema station.
