The precautionary measure was issued following the investigation undertaken and carried out by the Carabinieri of the Crema Radiomobile who carried out numerous interventions on the family in question. In fact, over the last year, the spouses had requested the intervention of the Carabinieri several times because their cohabiting son, who he often abused alcohol and used narcotics, he was very aggressive and domineering. This had led to a marked worsening of the family situation due to his irascibility and mood swings, with frequent requests for money from the man.

For this reason, the Radiomobile Carabinieri collected the results of all the interventions carried out in the house, with threats and insults even before the military, also reporting to the judicial authority the fact that the man often abused alcohol and drugs which accentuated his aggressiveness, with serious repercussions on family tranquility.

The judicial authority, taking into account the frequency and extent of the mistreatment carried out, issued the provision to protect the physical safety of the spouses, requiring the man to immediately leave the family home and not go near places frequented by his parents. The provision was immediately notified to the man by the Carabinieri of the Crema Radiomobile Unit.
