Crema: harassment and violence against his partner, 39-year-old arrested for personal injury.

The Carabinieri of the Castelleone Station (Cremona) have tracked down and arrested, pursuant to a precautionary measure of house arrest with the application of an electronic bracelet, issued by the Court of Cremona, a 39-year-old Italian man with several criminal convictions.

The story began a few months ago when the man, who was in a romantic relationship with a woman, for reasons attributable to jealousy, began a series of harassing behaviors, which gradually resulted in physical violence, later reported by the victim.

Taking into account the gravity and the actions taken, the state of discomfort, inconvenience and serious disturbance caused to the woman, the Judicial Authority issued the provision to protect the safety of the offended person, ordering the arrest of the man.
