Castelleone (Cremona), the Carabinieri have reported two people considered responsible for an improper robbery at a supermarket

At the end of an investigation activity, The Carabinieri of the Castelleone Station have reported a 44-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman, with multiple criminal convictions and no fixed abode, believed to be responsible for an improper robbery committed at a supermarket in Castelleone.

At the end of November, the Carabinieri of Castelleone had received a complaint filed by the manager of a local supermarket who had reported that, a few days earlier, a man and a woman had escaped from the store after committing a theft. In fact, a supermarket employee had taken several products, then went through the cash registers and paid only for a bottle of water despite having his personal bag full of unpaid productsThe woman had been asked to stop by a store employee, but she ran out and, in the meantime, a man intervened to jostle and threaten the store employee so that he would stop following her.

The couple then left towards the parking lot and, probably, on board a car, while the store employee requested the intervention of the Carabinieri. Shortly after, a patrol from the Castelleone Station arrived on the scene. The soldiers had seen the recorded images and had recognized the perpetrators. They had searched for them around the town, but had not found them.

With the complaint, the store manager had also delivered the internal video surveillance footage through which it was possible to notice that they had taken products worth around 40 euros, which they had hidden in the woman's bag, images from which it was possible to clearly see the faces of the two alleged perpetrators. And the military immediately recognized the 44-year-old and the 34-year-old, already known for other criminal cases. Consequently, they were reported to the Judicial Authority.
