On the morning of November 27, the Carabinieri of the Castelverde Station subjected a man, with a criminal record, to the precautionary measure of prohibition of approach issued by the Court of Cremona to protect the man's parents who had been mistreated. The precautionary measure was issued following the investigation carried out by the Carabinieri of the Castelverde Station who collected the complaint of a couple no longer willing to tolerate the man's harassment and excesses.

In fact, the couple reported that, a little over a year ago, they had decided to host their son again because he had separated. The son was often aggressive and his behavior created problems. This had led to a significant deterioration in family relationships.. In mid-November the last episode that had determined the spouses' desire to file the complaint. In fact, that evening, the son had come home drunk and had railed against everyone present, namely his parents and relatives.

The mother had reprimanded him, but the man had hit her, knocking her to the ground. An ambulance had arrived and the man, in an altered state, had continued to rant against the family members and against the paramedics who had intervened.
A patrol of Carabinieri arrived on the scene and took the victim to the hospital.

Then the couple went to the barracks in Castelverde to file the complaint. And here the husband and wife retraced what happened in the last year, reporting that their son abuses alcohol and, at least once a month, uses verbal and physical violence towards them, causing serious damage to the doors and furniture of the house.The parents told the Carabinieri that they had never filed a complaint and that they feared for their safety.

The Carabinieri of Castelverde have carried out the necessary investigations and have summarised them in theJudicial Authority which, taking into account the repetitiveness and seriousness of the behaviors, issued the provision to protect the couple, imposing on the man not to approach the places frequented by the parents and not to communicate with them for any reason.

The man will also be fitted with an electronic bracelet to remotely monitor compliance with the measure.The measure was immediately notified by the Carabinieri of Castelverde.
