Casalmaggiore: The Carabinieri have arrested a 27-year-old who must serve a definitive sentence for house burglary

The man who is the recipient of the order will have to serve a sentence of 3 years and 4 months' imprisonment intervened at the Court of Cremona in November 2023 and at the Court of Appeal of Brescia in May 2024, which became final and executive, for a home burglary occurred in September of the 2021.

One morning end of September 2021, man was sitting in the garden of his house in Malagnino and a woman had shown up at the gate woman, accompanied by a man, who said he had to withdraw a clock on behalf of his wife who was at the market.

The military had acquired the images from the video surveillance system and the victim's complaint that described the 2 alleged perpetrators of the crime. Subsequent investigations had allowed them to ascertain that the man who had acted with the woman was the 27-year-old.

In November 2023, the 27-year-old was sentenced by Court of Cremona for the facts committed and ascertained, then a sentence of the intervened Court of Appeal of Brescia.

THECriminal Enforcement Office of Brescia issued the order of imprisonment for the sentence to be served, transmitting the provision to the Carabinieri of the Casalmaggiore station, with territorial jurisdiction over the 27-year-old's place of residence, who tracked him down and arrested him, subjecting him to house arrest.
