Vaiano Cremasco: Four people reported for being undocumented and illegal on Italian soil

The intensification of the checks on the territory of competence by the Carabinieri of the Crema Company in order to implement in an increasingly incisive manner the action of prevention and contrast to widespread illegal phenomena such as drug dealing and predatory crimes has led to a new important result. In fact, the Carabinieri of the Crema Radiomobile Unit have Four foreign citizens, three men and a woman aged between 32 and 48, were reported for violating immigration rules, domiciled in the province of Milano e with a police record for property crimes, without identity documents and certifying regular position on the national territory.

They probably wanted to commit thefts in homes or commercial activities, but they were intercepted by the Carabinieri before they could act. The Carabinieri of the Crema Radiomobile were on the SP 415 in the municipality of Vaiano Cremasco and they noticed a suspicious car traveling from Milano towards Crema, with four people on board who could seem suspicious. They ordered a stop and, after stopping them, they identified them, ascertaining that they were without documents.

They were accompanied to the Crema barracks where they were photographed and it was ascertained that all of them were illegally staying on Italian territory and without documents and that the driver also did not have a driving licence. The four and their vehicle were searched without finding anything useful. Finally, They were reported for violating immigration rules because they did not have any identity document or regular residence and the driver was fined for driving without a license. The vehicle they were using, which turned out to be rented, was subjected to administrative seizure. Towards two of them the Prefect of Cremona has issued an expulsion decree with an order to leave the national territory.
