The story began shortly after midnight on 1 February when a patrol of theCrema Radiomobile rate was sent to a public place Vaiano Cremasco why the ambulance staff had problems with a particularly aggressive and uncooperative man.

The man was very agitated and the soldiers intervened to calm him down, but it was necessary to stop him to prevent him from hurting anyone. But he continued to resist, gesticulating, kicking and threatening the Carabinieri.

He was stopped and subsequently escorted to hospital in Crema because he was under the influence of alcohol. Even in the emergency room he continued with his aggressive, hostile and threatening attitude and it was necessary sedate him.

Then the military reconstructed the fact that in the public place he had had a heated argument with a person who had hit him in the face.

One of the patrolling soldiers, during the stages of the intervention, underwent some hand injuries and had to seek medical attention from the staff at the Crema emergency room, suffering from a prognosis of a few days of care.

At the end of the evening, the 35-year-old reported for resisting, insulting and injuring a public official.
