A man in an evidently mentally and physically altered state was arrested by the Cremona State Police for resisting a public official and investigated for damage after headbutting and kicking the service vehicle.

La Cremona State Police, in the evening of September 27th, Has an Italian citizen arrested for the crime of resistance to a public official and investigated him at liberty for the crime of damage. In particular, the Upgsp Flying Squad they intervened near a supermarket located in a peripheral area of the city centre, following the report of a fight between some subjects.
The officers found two men engaged in a heated argument, both in evident state of psychophysical alterationOne of the two, after a conversation with the agents, he returned to calm, but considering the state of manifests drunkenness, was hit by removal order provided for by the municipal regulation and the related administrative sanction.
The other subject, however, has opposed resistance, refusing to cooperate, pushing the officers and trying to hit them with a punch. Since he did not desist from his violent behavior, the man was conducted with difficulty at the police station on board the company car.
During the journey, he repeatedly hit the glass partition with headbutts and kicked out the rear side windows, visibly damaging the police vehicle. The man was then arrested e held in the security rooms of the Police Headquarters waiting for thevery direct hearing.
