Cremona: Four Parma ultras arrested with clubs, firecrackers, and a firecracker: banned.
The four were stopped before the race and had on board materials prohibited in public places.
Cremona, 4 Parma ultras arrested with clubs, firecrackers and firecrackers: DASPO.
The Cremona State Police responded immediately and firmly to the disturbances caused by the clash between some groups of Cremonese and Parma fans that occurred on September 28, during the football match played at 3:00 PM.
Following these events, the Cremona Police Chief issued four bans against four Parma fans, who were stopped and identified near the stadium, in the very area where the clashes took place.
Before the match, at around 12:50 pm, several Parma ultras fans got out of their vehicles while driving along Via Cappuccini and clashed with some local fans.
During the clash, various objects were thrown and some ultras brandished clubs and other blunt objects intended to cause offence.
The immediate intervention of the police forces, assigned to the Public Order Service, managed to contain the attacks in a short time and to stop the people from continuing to seek confrontation.
In the context and on the sidelines of these events, four Parma fans were arrested after being found in possession - on board the car in which they were travelling, behind the stadium in the very area of the clashes - of iron clubs, firecrackers and a firecracker.
Taken to the Police Headquarters, they were reported to the Judicial Authority for possession of prohibited material in the places and in conjunction with, or in the phases preceding or following, the holding of a sporting event (art. 6 ter of Law No. 401/89).
Following the complaint, and based on the activities carried out by the Anti-Crime Division, the Police Chief issued a ban on access to sporting events (DASpo) against them.
Parma supporters will no longer be allowed to follow their team, either home or away, for three years. They will also be banned from sports venues and will not be allowed to linger or pass near venues where sporting events are taking place. Violators of these restrictions will face a prison sentence of one to three years and a fine of €10.000 to €40.000.
Thus, the Cremona Police Headquarters responded firmly and decisively to the unsporting behavior of a few dozen fans during the last match played at the Zini Stadium.
As with the clashes that occurred during the Cremonese-Brescia match, for which, following an investigation, the Cremona Police Headquarters issued 38 bans against ultra fans from both teams involved in the clashes. Further investigations are underway to identify those involved.

Overall, since the beginning of the year, the Anti-Crime Division's work has allowed the Police Commissioner to issue 53 bans (daspo) (warning orders). These bans were issued thanks in part to the investigative efforts of the DIGOS (Special Operations Unit) and the Forensic Police, which were necessary for the subsequent identification of the fans who started or participated in the clashes. In addition to being banned from attending the stadium, these fans are also held accountable before the judicial authorities for the violent conduct they are accused of.
