Crema: The judge ordered the detention in prison of a 26-year-old who violated the obligation to sign. Arrested by the Carabinieri

The afternoon of the 31st January i Carabinieri of the Crema station they arrested a 26 year old man, with a criminal record, in execution of the precautionary measure of detention in prison in lieu of the obligation to sign, applied for having violated the measure imposed on him.

The young man was subjected to the obligation to report to the Judicial Police because arrested in Castelleone dai Carabinieri of the Montodine Station for robbery and resisting a public official.

The arrest took place in the afternoon of 16 October last when, around 14.00 pm, the operations centre of the Carabinieri of Crema had sent to the center of castelleone i Carabinieri of Montodine because the man, shortly before, would have a woman from the village was robbed from which he would have subtracted 30 € under threat.

Il 26enne was visibly in state of alteration to have drank alcohol and he began to struggle, threatening everyone and even hitting one of those present who had blocked him.

The military intervened to stop him, but the man threw his bicycle towards them, hitting one of the Carabinieri on the ankle.

Once handcuffed, he continued to struggle to free himself and it was necessary for other patrols to intervene to prevent him from harming anyone.

He had been searched and found in possession of a glass breaker hammer and shaving razor, the possession of which he had been unable to justify.

The man was subsequently placed insignature requirement, but recently has violated the provision numerous times without any valid justification.

Having informed the Judicial Authority of the violations, the GIP of the Court of Cremona, taking into account that he has demonstrated that he is incapable of respecting the imposed rules and that he does not take into minimal consideration the restrictive measures adopted against him, has decided toworsening of the measure, applying the measure of the pre-trial detention in prison.

The Carabinieri of Crema, competent for the place of residence of the 26 year old, have arrested and accompanied to the Cremona prison.
