Crema: He demands to enter the house despite the prohibition to approach the parents, 28-year-old arrested

In one circumstance the 28-year-old had attempted to break down the door of their home when the couple prevented him from entering because he was in an altered state and very dangerous. After the latest violent actions, the couple, fearful for their safety, had reported everything to the Carabinieri of the Crema Station and the Judicial Authority, taking into account the seriousness of the conduct, had issued the precautionary measure to protect the physical safety of the spouses, requiring the 28-year-old to leave the family home and not to approach the places they frequent, with the application of an electronic bracelet.

But all this was not enough to stop him and it was arrested for violating the bans. The Radiomobile patrol was sent to the couple's home in Crema because the son had shown up on the spot and had knocked insistently on the door. When they arrived, the soldiers found the 28-year-old in the parking lot in front of his parents' house, near his father's car. He was stopped and identified, then they listened to the victims' story.

The son had gone to them and demanded to enter the house. When he realized they wouldn't let him in, he went into the parking lot and targeted their car, deflating the tires, breaking the rearview mirrors, and damaging the bodywork with a sharp object. At that point, the soldiers accompanied him to the Crema barracks and declared him under arrest for violating the precautionary measure. At the end of the hearing, the Judge said the arrest was validated, applied the precautionary measure of the ban on residence in the municipality of Crema in addition to the previous measures and postponed the decision to the hearing on March 14. The man was released.
