Crema: He argues with his partner and attacks and injures two Carabinieri, a 40-year-old repeat offender arrested

In the throes of alcohol, he argues with his partner, pushes her daughter to the ground and finally attacks the soldiers, injuring two of them. The crazy evening of a 40-year-old man, with a criminal record, ended in jail, arrested because he was held responsible for resisting, insulting and injuring a public official by the Carabinieri of the Crema and Montodine Station and of the Crema Mobile Radio, initially intervened in a street in the town center of Crema for an argument. But when the patrols arrived the situation degenerated and the 40-year-old ended up in handcuffs.

The patrol of the Crema Station was sent into a life of the city because a man, in an altered state, was arguing furiously with his partner and had pushed the woman's daughter to the ground, fortunately without consequences. When the patrol arrived on site they found and identified the arguing couple and the woman's children in the house. The man was very agitated, aggressive and uncooperative and the military asked for the support of the patrols of Montodine and of the Radiomobile of Crema. In the meantime, the woman reported that she considered her partner dangerous and that she no longer wanted him in the house. The man, realizing that he had to leave the house, began to curse and shout at the Carabinieri, threatening to kill them.

Suddenly he threw a beer can in the face of a soldier and violently pushed the kitchen table towards another Carabiniere, who was hit in the legs. At that point, They tried to block him, but he reacted vehemently and put up a vigorous resistance, pushing, pulling and knocking a third soldier to the ground, trying to kick and punch the others who immobilized and handcuffed him. Given his psycho-physical state, the presence of medical personnel was requested, who had to sedate the man and then accompany him to the hospital for the necessary checks, always under the visual control of the Carabinieri.

Two Carabinieri also had to seek medical attention, receiving 10-day prognoses each for various bruises. The 40-year-old was then taken to the Crema barracks and declared under arrest. He was held in the security cells awaiting the hearing to validate the arrest which ended with the validation of the act, the application of the measure of precautionary custody in prison and the postponement of the hearing to next December 16th.
