Camisano: 33-year-old arrested by Carabinieri for drug dealing

On the afternoon of September 20, the Carabinieri of the Camisano Station 33-year-old man arrested, with a criminal record, in execution of a prison order. The man who is the recipient of the order will have to serve his sentence in prison six months' imprisonment intervened at the Court of Cremona in October 2021, which became final and enforceable, for drug dealing.

In 2015 the man had been reported by the Camisano Carabinieri because he was caught dealing narcotics.

The soldiers had noticed two men on a sidewalk making an exchange. The 33-year-old had handed over some cocaine and the buyer had paid with a chain. The two had been stopped and taken to the police station where the 33-year-old had been reported and the other man had been reported to the Prefecture as a drug user.

In October of the 2021 the 33-year-old had been sentenced by the Court of Cremona for the facts committed and ascertained and the Criminal Enforcement Office of Cremona issued the order of imprisonment for the sentence to be served, transmitting the provision to the Carabinieri of the Camisano Station, competent for the territory.

The military tracked down the 33-year-old and arrested him, taking him to Cremona prison.
