Ramacca: he tries to break down the door of his house despite the prohibition not to approach, arrested by the Carabinieri.
As part of the activities aimed at complying with the provisions of the precautionary measures of the Judicial Authority, specifically those concerning the sensitive issue inherent to the "red code" against gender violence, the Carabinieri of the Ramacca Station arrested red-handed a 74-year-old local man, responsible for violating the ban on approaching places frequented by the injured party.
The Carabinieri in particular received a request for intervention from the man's 71-year-old ex-wife who, alarmed, warned them that she was at her son's home at that moment, but that she had been informed by an acquaintance, who was passing by her home at that moment, that her ex-husband was trying to break down her front door.
Following knowledge of the previous legal proceedings involving the couple, with the recent prohibition of the 74-year-old from approaching within 100 meters of his wife and the places she frequented, the military immediately rushed to the house in question, in the center of Ramacca, where they actually found the man in front of the door in the company of two of his children who were trying to appease him.
According to the initial investigations carried out by the Carabinieri, the elderly man attempted to break down the front door using a plastic tool, also vehemently reiterating to his two children that he owned the property, but following the violation of the provisions of the precautionary measure against him, the Carabinieri, by order of the magistrate, immediately placed him under house arrest.
The Judicial Authority subsequently validated the arrest of the 74-year-old, ordering his submission to the precautionary measure of "house arrest".
