Catania, great emotions for Litfiba's farewell concert.

Il farewell tour of the titled musical group “the last round” marked the important conclusion of the sound journey of the rock group of Piero Pelù e Ghigo Renzulli. An extraordinary event included in the very rich calendar of Catania Summer Fest 2022 promoted by the Municipality of Catania.

I Litfiba, with Piero Pelù with unstoppable energy, made the concert unforgettable for the flavor of memories and nostalgia: emotions that accompanied the over two and a half hours of concert between leaps of joy, dancing and long applause of shared emotion.

The group has not denied its social commitment and hosted on stage the representatives of the "Music and Culture Association of Cinisi" who with strength, courage and determination said “No To The Mafia”. The aggregative force of music, to fight wars with all means, even through the music of an iconic band of Italian Rock, symbolized at Villa Bellini the social struggles carried out by the band in these long years.

Pelù's unmistakable vocal timbre involved the audience, enchanting once again, in a Giardino Bellini that never wanted a difficult farewell to accept, after 40 years + 2 of presence on the Italian recording scene. «Big heart, great generosity, great commitment»,  Pelù greeted the Sicilian public with these words, leaving yet another memory in the hearts of his rock-loving fans, perhaps the most difficult to erase.
