Marcianise: 4 arrests by the Carabinieri during a wide-ranging operation.

They are 4 arrests performed by Carabinieri of the Marcianise Company during the night, during a wide-ranging coordinated service which also involved the canine units of the Sarno core.

47-year-old arrested for drug dealing and illegal entry

Il first arrest It was performed by the Carabinieri of the Marcianise Station against a 47 year old Moroccan, on which hung a detention order issued by Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere. The man, found guilty of drug dealing and illegal entry into the territory of the State, will have to serve a sentence of 4 years and 6 months' imprisonment and is now in the prison of Santa Maria Capua Vetere.

Three arrests for drug dealing in Succivo

A succivo, the Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section they arrested three men (a 30enne and two 28 year olds) in flagrant crime for possession for the purpose of dealing narcotic substances.

• One of the two 28 year old tried to get rid of of a 100 gram block of hashish, throwing it from the balcony, but the staff positioned outside the house managed to recover it.
• Il 30 year old and the other 28 year old they threw a white substance on the ground, which turned out to be cocaine. The subsequent search allowed us to find 10 grams of cocaine divided into 5 doses, hidden in the brief.
• The drug-sniffing dog "Moon", from the dog training unit, reported the presence of further traces of cocaine in a jar of rice, on the bedroom floor and in a sink, where residues diluted with water were present.

Two of those arrested were taken to prison, while the third was placed to house arrest.

Marijuana seizure in Orta di Atella

A Orta di Atella, the Carabinieri from the local station they reported to the Prefect a person found in possession of 3 grams of marijuana for personal use.

Controls and sanctions

During the operation they were 75 people and 47 vehicles were checked. Furthermore, they were:

• 16 fines issued al Highway Code
• 1 driving licence and 4 registration certificates withdrawn
• 5 administrative arrests ordered of vehicles
