Villa Literno: Romanian robs and sexually abuses a fellow countrywoman. Captured by the Carabinieri

THE8 February following investigations coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of North Naples, the Carabinieri of the Station Carabinieri of Villa Literno (CE) have performed arrest of suspect of crime against a person investigated in various capacities for the crime of robbery and sexual assault.

The investigation had allowed us to gather serious evidence of guilt on the part of thesuspect of Romanian origins relating to an episode committed, same date, in Villa Literno to the detriment of a compatriot.

Specifically, the person under investigation at the beginning had robbed the victim to then use violence and sexually abuse her.

The victim was given medical treatment and then admitted to a protected facility.

The circumstantial evidence, promptly reconstructed by the military, allowed the application of the restrictive measure against the suspect who was taken into custody by the Prison of Santa Maria Capua Vetere.
