Caserta, major anti-drug raid: 10 arrests and refinery discovered in San Felice a Cancello.

In the provinces of Caserta and Naples, Carabinieri of the Maddaloni Company they executed one precautionary custody order in prison issued by Preliminary Investigations Judge of the Court of Naples, at the request of Public Prosecutor's Office of Naples – District Anti-Mafia Directorate, towards 10 subjects (all of Italian nationality) held responsible for association aimed at drug trafficking type cocaine, heroin and hashish and detention for the purposes of trafficking, in competition.

Le investigations, carried out by the staff of the Operations team of the Company from May 2022 to January 2023, have allowed – also thanks to technical activities – to reveal the existence of a criminal group dedicated to drug trafficking and dealing with operational base in the municipality of San Felice a Cancello (CE).

The investigative activities revealed a turnover of hundreds of thousands of euros and it was possible reconstruct the drug route: supplied in theNorthern area of ​​Naples, were mainly intended for drug dealing squares of San Felice a Cancello.

Right in the hamlet Talanico, the Carabinieri discovered a apartment used as a "refinery" for narcotics in addition to several boxes used for storage of the various types of drugs, which were then sold even outside the province, especially in the centers of Naples and Benevento.
