Castel Volturno, 45-year-old drunk beats his partner and leaves her on the street with her minor daughters.

He first offended her and then grabbed by the hair. Then he dragged her to the ground, hitting her with kicks and punches. As if that wasn't enough, he has thrown against a stool. He also gave one slap in the face to one of the girls. Then he has them forbidden to return home together with minor daughters. The woman's repeated requests to let them go back home were of no avail because the man, drunk, remained firm in his decision to leave them on the street. The woman, therefore, called for help to "112".

When the patrol of the radiomobile of the Territorial Department of Mondragone arrived on the scene, they found the 33-year-old and her three daughters still on the street. The victim told the military what had happened. She reported that her partner, already a few hours before dinner, had started to take uncontrolled alcohol consumption and that, once he sat down at the table to have dinner, he had started to offend her and then to violently attack her. Given the particularly dangerous situation, it was ran away from home with her three daughters in the hope that the man, once his hangover had passed, would calm down. Instead, the man, still drunk, had sent her messages and phone calls further threatened, ordering her not to return home.

The 33-year-old reported that there had been attacks that occurred in the previous months in which the man had attacked even two of the three daughters born from previous relationships. Episodes never reported for fear of repercussions. 

After having called in the 118 personnel to treat the woman and the children, the Carabinieri went to the couple's home arresting the 45 year old who, at the time of access, still had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath.

Taken to the prison of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, he will have to answer for the crimes of abuse in the family and aggravated personal injury.
