Caserta: Threatens, assaults and prevents the mother who hosts her from returning home. 42-year-old arrested by the Carabinieri

To ask for the intervention of the Carabinieri of the Station of Caserta, on the afternoon of March 14, was a 64enne of the place because the daughter, a 42 year old woman with a criminal record, recently released from prison and a guest at his home, after having threatened and attacked her, he did not allow her to return home.

When the military personnel reached the applicant's home they found the victim and the attacker waiting for them under the building.

There was also with them the victim's brother, who is also the uncle of the attacker and who, having witnessed what happened, confirmed the threats and the assault that took place and handed over to the Carabinieri a screwdriver that his niece had just gotten rid of.

Subsequent investigations have allowed us to place the episode in a context of repeated violent and aggressive behavior places in place from the 42 year old towards her mother from whom, on several occasions, he also allegedly demanded money to purchase drugs.

The woman, arrested for mistreatment of family members or cohabitants, attempted extortion and personal injury, was transferred to the Secondigliano prison in Naples.
