Intensified checks in Aversa: 6 reports and 25 fines

200 people and 90 vehicles checked, with the simultaneous issuing of 25 fines for violations of the highway code and the reporting at large of 6 young people. These are the numbers of the coordinated territory control service carried out by the Carabinieri of the Aversa Company. On the field, in the Norman center, in addition to 10 Carabinieri patrols of the Stations dependent on the Aversa Group, also personnel from the ASL of Caserta – Aversa headquarters, and military personnel from the 10th Campania Carabinieri Regiment.

During the checks, the military personnel of the Arma placed particular attention to the “malamovida”, deploying patrols engaged in strategic points of the territory, close to the main meeting points and along the main communication routes of the Aversa countryside. The timely intervention of the Carabinieri made it possible to to surprise and report, at liberty, a young man from Cardito, in the Naples area, who was attempting to defraud an elderly man with trickery and deception. A second young man, however, was stopped and reported near an ATM, where he was attempting to make a fraudulent withdrawal of money with a stolen ATM card.

In Viale Libertà, instead, a man was caught and reported while carrying out the activity of illegal parking attendant near some commercial establishments. A fourth young man, instead, will have to answer for the explosion of illegal pyrotechnics. Action done, for trivial reasons and for the purpose of intimidating his neighbors. Always in Aversa, a 26-year-old was reported at large for theft of electricity.

Targeted inspections were also carried out at some bars where the military, supported by ASL personnel, proceeded to impose a administrative fine of 2.000 euros for the failure or incorrect application of self-control systems and/or procedures based on the principles of the HACCP system (training for food processing, handling and storage workers). The fines for violations of the highway code issued by the military concerned, in particular, the lack of insurance coverage, driving without a license, without a helmet and without the required seat belt.
