The first fight and the arrival at the hospital

According to initial reconstructions, the violent clash between the two began for trivial reasons. From the statements of the arrested man, still to be verified, it would seem that the fight broke out after the victim allegedly stole 300 euros in cash and the cell phone.

The two men were found in fighting near the play area of ​​the Jumbo shopping centre when the carabinieri, alerted by a report to the Operations center, intervened to separate them. After suffering minor injuries to each other, both went to the Emergency room of Moscati hospital in Aversa to receive medical care.

The ambush outside the hospital and the arrest

After being treated, the 37-year-old attacked again out of the hospital. The 22 year old waited for him outside and hit him with extreme violence, leaving him at the point of death before fleeing.

I police, who intervened promptly, started the search for the young attacker, tracking him down shortly after near a pub in Lusciano (CE), where he was arrested.
