From the very beginning, the detainee appeared very nervous and uncooperative, so much so that the officers were forced to carry out a thorough investigation on him. personal search; the subsequent activity gave positive results, as in his possession, hidden on his person and inside a backpack, chisels, lock picks and other tools were found and seized burglary tools, Besides valuable stolen goods.

Furthermore, among his personal effects, were found glass fragments consistent with those from the broken windows.

In the meantime, the other crews of the “Flying Squad” carried out further checks in the area of ​​via Dalmazia, identifying a total of 5 cars damaged with rear windows broken, and looted inside, all attributable to the “work” of TM:

In light of the evidence gathered, the criminal was declared in a state of arrest for the crime of Theft aggravated, as well as reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office for the unjustified carrying of burglary tools and for violation of the Mandatory Street Sign with a 4-year ban on returning to the municipality of Bolzano, issued by the Police Commissioner last October following a previous arrest of the criminal for a similar criminal initiative.

The Police Chief of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano Paolo Sartori, in consideration of what happened and of the numerous and serious precedents against him, against TM, has ordered the initiation of procedures by the Anti-Crime Division, for the purpose of imposing on him the Special Public Security Surveillance.
