Bolzano: Night checks by the Highway Police, one arrest and one report

During the last few nights, in the industrial area of ​​the capital, the patrols of the Bolzano Highway Police Section have numerous motorists subjected to breathalyser tests, results all negative, except for a South Tyrolean motorist who, following a saliva swab and an on-site examination by a State Police doctor, was found to have put himself driving under the influence of drugs, which is why, in addition to the immediate withdrawal of the driving license, it was also reported while at liberty to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Bolzano for violation of art. 187 of the Highway Code.
