The man, identified as HAM, 42 year old Moroccan, was already known to the police for drug dealing and property crimes. After a thorough check, the verification in the Database of the Ministry of the Interior revealed the presence of a Detention Order against him, relating to a final conviction.

Declared in arrest, HAM was conducted at Bolzano Prison, where he will serve a 6 months prison sentence.
