Bolzano, 49-year-old Bosnian stopped by the Police in a van full of stolen goods.
In the last few days, the State Police carried out an operation in Via Merano to prevent and combat property crimes. The intervention led to the sseizure of numerous valuable goods and the report of a criminal for receipt.
A man was found suspiciously “trafficking” near a white van he owned.
At the time of the operation, the man – identified for this OS, 49 year old Bosnian a regular resident of Bolzano – was placing numerous objects inside the van: among these, some “work tools”, such as 1 crowbar, 1 bolt cutter and 1 iron mallet.
In this regard OS has provided conflicting and unreliable versions, declaring that the objects did not belong to him, but had been left there by his brother. The man reported being unemployed and homeless, but investigations revealed that the van was his property and that he was a regular resident in the city.
The Policemen, for clarify what was happening, they decided to proceed with a thorough search of the vehicle. The operation was successful, leading to the discovery and seizure of a large quantity of stolen goods. Among the hidden objects were travel bags and trolleys with watches, perfumes and high fashion clothing, some of considerable value.
Among the stolen goods recovered, a Exchange Louis Vuitton, luxury watches, scents high-end Armani, Paco Rabanne e Dolce & Gabbana. Some were also recovered Jewelry.
The 49-year-old continued to provide confusing and contradictory answers on the origin of the goods found.
Inside the van they were found kidnapped about 500 meters of copper cables, also the object of theft, for a value about 23.000 €.
OS was reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office for the crimes of receiving stolen goods and possession of burglary tools.
For all these reasons the Police Commissioner of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano Paolo Sartori has ordered the initiation of the procedure aimed at withdrawal of the Residency permit, so that it can issue a Expulsion Decree with contextual Removal Order by National territory.
