Naples, two men arrested for drug dealing: over 3 kg of drugs seized

La State Police arrested a 29enne and an 58enne, both Neapolitan and with specific police records, for illicit possession of narcotic substances for the purpose of traffickingThe intervention, conducted by the agents of the Vicar-Market Commissariat, arose within the framework of services aimed at preventing and repressing drug dealing in the neighbourhood San Carlo Arena.

The operators, passing through Bernardino Telesio Street, they noticed the 29-year-old suspiciously exiting an apartment and climbing onto one scooter. Following him, they surprised him in Nicolini Street while he was selling drugs in exchange for money. The man repeated the exchange shortly after Capodichino calata, confirming its role as drug delivery boy.

Blocked, the 29-year-old was found in possession of a bunch of keys corresponding to the apartment from which he had left. The subsequent search also allowed the discovery of the 58enne, with hands soaked in narcotic substance, and:

• 2,2 kg of hashish;

• about 1 kg of marijuana;

• drug packaging material;

• 4.880 € in cash, deemed proceeds of drug dealing.

Both suspects were taken into custody arrest and made available to the judicial authorities for the crimes contested.
